Hard Side Pop-Up Campers Solve a Lot of Camping Problems

There are a lot of options when it comes to shape, type, materials, weight, features, and so on when it comes to small travel trailers. Which is the best option? Maybe there is no best, because they each do certain things better (or not even better but different) in different ways, so they suit different applications and different people.

One of the types we’ve been looking at lately are these folding campers with hard sides. The benefits are of course that you can fold it down and load stuff on top, just like a flat bed, but its a camper trailer when you want. With the hard walls, you don’t have to worry about tears like you do with the soft tent-like small travel trailers, and the shape means you get a bit of height in the center of the trailer. This one we found to take a look at is a nice new one by Rockwood. It’s their Hard Side Pop-Up Camper Trailer.
