What a cool 4th wheel set up. I’ve never seen one like this before. The fifth wheel doesn’t attach to a hitch under the truck. Instead, its a coupling in the truck bed. Anyone with experience using one of these, definitely give us all some more info on it. This particular set up was one we found on a Craigslist posting a while back:
