This little RV fifth wheel camper trailer will definitely get some attention. Kind of reminds you of a VW bug or Mini, right? It’s not a utilitarian, bare-bones square plywood design like some of the ones we’ve featured here. It’s a formed rounded aerodynamic bubble camper, something like the new mini airstream trailer, and it has a lot of interesting RV features.
There’s the awnings that provide a lot of shade, considering the size, the rear hatch door, the classic styling. It’s called the HC1 Happier Camper.
It has 70 sq ft of space (almost a tiny home!), and 42 of that is walkable. It weighs 1,100 pounds, so almost any vehicle can tow this little camper trailer, as long as it has a fifth wheel coupling.

Tiny Trailer with Pop Top
This little trailer has a little pop top, so you can get lots of fresh air, as well as let out any fumes from cooking. Heat rises, so this helps keep the unit cool without using air conditioning.
It’s called the MeerKat, and its small enough to be towed with a 4-cyl engine, since its only around 900 pounds. The cost is around $13k for a new one. The size? 6 feet tall by 13 long, small enough to fit inside a garage or not take up more space than a car in your driveway.
Now this Little Caravan fits more in it than you would think
Similar in shape to the newer Airstream mini travel trailers, here’s another compact travel and camping option. It’s called a “Barefoot.” It’s based on the idea of the retro camping tourers that have seen a new resurgence of popularity in the last couple of years. These stylish RVs have more rounded lines than the basic rectangular shapes of most commercial trailers.
This one was designed by some students at Coventry University, and they took the idea of a couple’s caravan to come up with the unit, which is a single piece GRP.
